Aja Beech has over a decade of experience in communications, development, and program management with a law degree in compliance and ethics. Since 2008, she has worked globally to support campaigns for disability rights, pay equity, art funding, environmental conservation, and restorative justice.

“Be more like Beech. Show up. Stand up. Listen. Collaborate.”

The Philadelphia Inquirer

In 2025, she helped raise over $1.5 Million for the arts, education, and small museums in the Delaware Valley tri-state area. Through dynamic strategies that blended funding streams she was able to help increase private and public funding during a time when governement grants were in flux. This not only kept these organizations operating, they increased funding. Meaning employees kept jobs and communities were engaged with important programming.

With a variety of experience in campaigns, she has a depth of knowledge about non-partisan advocating on public policy for good. Most of her experience is in her home state, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where she led the policy transforming artistic movement Execute Art Not People. Beech’s non-profit organization based advocacy effort is noted in books and articles on restorative justice as work that helped secure a death penalty moratorium in Pennsylvania in 2013.

She was the coordinator for the PA AFL-CIO Labor 2020 campaign in the highly tense election cycle in that critical year where she created regular communication on changing voting requirements and celebrated the work of union member advocacy across the Commonwealth. She worked throughout the election creating daily communication for the AFL-CIO website, organizing events, and facilitating member-to-member communication. When the last votes were counted and confirmed in Philadelphia, she was there as well.

In addition to years of experience with non-profit organizations and advocacy campaigns, Beech has an MSL in Compliance and Ethics from Fordham University Law School where she was able to take focused programs on International Human Rights, Political Action Committees, Crisis Communications, International Data Privacy, and Employment Law that have informed and expanded her work. Her BA is in History from Temple University, and she is a proud alumna of Community College of Philadelphia.
